I was getting that screen display for at least 20 minutes after refreshing
quite a few times before I quit trying to access the site. I'm not saying
CycloTo was hacked, but I am wondering if they were hacked yesterday.

This is what Wordpress users have said about Bylenis is here, Republic of
Turkey.
