"In her appeal, her lawyer argued that her answers were all literally
true. The products were actually supplied by Arnold's girlfriend, Arnold
never "gave" Thomas anything she didn't pay for, and the drugs she took
were not on the list of legally banned steroids when she took them, the
defense said."

The punch line is in the penultimate sentence.

One day you're wielding immense power deciding
deep moral issues (on the wrong side, but so what)
in the name of preserving a great and powerful nation.

The next, you're deciding whether when Tammy Thomas
says "gave" she means "gave" or "gave for free", and
who wants to be thinking about, ahem, what TT's criteria
are for the exchange of gifts, or what Tammy Thomas
gets or gives for free.

So one might conclude that Judge Bybee has achieved
his proper place in the world after all. Ah, karma.

A good attorney would have then asked the judge - "If you're wife gave
me a blow job, could a court find YOU guilty of having sucked me
dry?"

Dawkins & Dumas reject any concept or notion of karma.

Perhaps so. When is "littering" littering?

In article <i5ueb8$5uv$1...@news.eternal-september.org>,

Jay Bybee is a worthless sack of shit. That's just incredible...

What's that saying? One man's trash is another
man's torture?
Something like that.
