They are claiming that tweets blocked the network/(s?) the race position
GPS uses. To be fair, there were about a million of us lining the course
on Saturday, so I guess there was a good deal of tweeting going on.
Personally, not guilty!

Well, twitter isn't going to be banned. How would they?

But their explanation sounds like so much BS to me. I thought GPS had its own frequencies.

Do they give a more detailed explanation? I'm interested.

GPS wasn't affected but relaying of GPS info was (they claim).
