company manufactured the best frame at the 2006 Tour de France ?

Er, sure, if you want to take at face value everything they say, and believe
that the weakest part of a carbon fiber frame is caused by the spaces
between the carbon fibers. Perhaps they've come up with a means of creating
"SAP" (structural air pockets), so they're a good thing, not bad?
