if over the next few months landis is found innocent of these charges will
the new sponsor of phonak take him back or will he become a free to
negotiate with any other team?

He's not coming back before 2+2 years, i.e. his carreer is over,
serves him right for cheating

Assume that the new sponsor went up in smoke with the positive test.
Even when Floyd is proven innocent, the negative publicity won't be
something a financial company will want to be involved with.

I thought the protour was history at least as far as the TDF and
the Giro are concerned.
