CAS NOT a valid court of appeal

The casr has been made over and over that the system worrks because
they have the safety of a right of appeal to CAS.
Looks like that's worth shit when they really don't like the ruling,
and we've seen this before too, but not to this extent.:

The Court of Arbitration for Sport's decision to allow Astaná-Würth
to race in the Tour has been rejected by organisers ASO, who issued a

nevertheless recognised that the Tour de France has to 'take its
responsibilities' and that it wished to preserve its race and 'to
defend the interests of the sport of cycling'

How can the UCI claim to have a valid system for dealing with
infractions that, anyone should respect and abide by, when they allow a
huge portion of their system to be thrown out when it becomes
convenient.
Kangaroo Court Confirmed if the UCI doesn't force them to go with the
CAS ruling.
Shut the pro level of the sport down and totally dismantle the
International governing agencies at that point because they will have
proudly declared 'We ARE a vicious joke."

It should be an easy matter to have the CAS decision affirmed by a civil
court and an order issued to comply. However, ASO may ask for a rehearing
before CAS now that the Guardia's dossier has been made public. Even so,
other than monetary damages, who will the courts compel Astana
participation? Will the judge go to the Tour and work as an extra DS? ;-)
BTW, how many Astana/Wurth riders have been implicated? Perhaps Vino could
ride as an Independent like in the old days?

We do not cure a rotten system. We turn up the heat so
that it rots faster.
