Dems' hands.
She's too polarizing (and uninformed). They'll lose the entire
moderate/independent/intellectual voting segment of the country. Even

Scribd is a kinda nice tool for embedding into web pages PDFs of like court
decisions, letters, and other long text-heavy documents.
It's not the right choice for displaying PowerPoint presentations that have
been converted to PDFs.

The WADA Code allows for circumstantial evidence to determine a rider's
guilt in a doping matter absent a positive analytical test (see USADA vs.
Leogrande).
We are allowed to consider circumstantial evidence regardless of what the
code says.

Never forgetting that Greg Lemond fits the doper profile-- not being
able to ride in June, suddenly being able to win the TdF in July, with
a "miracle recovery" from a physical ailment-- "plausible reason"
except that "iron shots" alone might not be able to provide such a
leap in performance. Oh, and the anti-doping stance.
Too bad there isn't a disgruntled ex-employee or trainer, teammate,
roommate, whatever, just to throw a little dirt in the works-- in a
chickenshit "we don't prove anything here" style.
I think it's up to Greg Lemond to *prove* he didn't dope, not just
deny it like all the dopers do.
