Notably, Kessler, who was clean yesterday, established his guilt with a breakaway win today. Other notable guilties: Popovyvch, Savoldelli, and Rubiera of Discovery; Cadel Evans (Davitamon-Lotto), and Bobby Julich (CSC). This is by no means a complete list.
Oh, and for you haters and doubters that think this doesn't count as a flat stage, six Cat 3 & 4 climbs do not a mountain stage make. This was a 48-strong bunch finish five seconds behind Kessler, and Millar finished in that bunch.
But I'm sure you're all glad to know that Z-man is clean, along with Iban Mayo. Iban is very, very clean.
Colophon: In association with Brian Lafferty, The Millar Line powered by LIVEDRUNK is used to measure whether riders are clean or not. Since Millar is clean, any non-sprinter who finishes ahead of him on a flat stage is doping (all sprinters are clean).
When we get to the mountains, we will instead use a VAM "speed limit." I believe the proposed line is VAM 1750. This will let us catch any malingering KoM aspirants trying to hide by making themselves into GC non-threats during the flat stages.

Why not use the "French line" instead? We know French riders are clean too (which is another issue with the Millar line. Am I supposed to believe that Beneteau dopes?). This French line also works in flat stages and is less sensitive to crashes and hissy fits. Today the line was set by

I'd propose the 'patriot line' set by the rider who is the real deal, a class act, and generally a great guy. Everybody knows nice guys only win because they train very hard, so it's an infallible criterion. Nice guys also speak English and not french.

Guys guys guys: Everyone knows you can't trust anyone with a French name.

But what if france wins later today and goes on to win the WC. Surely that would blitzkrieg the french line.
No, I'm one of those guys who creates reality while the realists sit on the sidelines.
Which is why I post to usenet so much,
