But Serrano immediately made the approach public. Livestrong says the Congressman is "inaccurate" in his description of the meeting. Serrano must appreciate that.

Coming on the heels of Friday's statement by Sen. McCain, it looks like Armstrong has become toxic on Capitol Hill.

Looks like the tide is turning against Armstrong in Austin.
