ARBR is now as dead as the proverbial door nail. ComandanteBanana was the
last poor soul to post any messages this newsgroup. He only elicited fellow
idiots, never a good omen for any future prosperity.

ARBR was destroyed by a criminal vandal troll by the name of Ed Gin and
Associates several years ago. It never recovered from this attack. Tom
Sherman, formerly a mainstay of the group, did not think it worthwhile to
defend the group from the predations of this criminal vandal troll. Everyone
soon left and it only remained for Ed Dolan the Great to get rid of the
cowards and knaves who have ever infested this newsgroup like locusts.

The other cycling newsgroups are not any better, but they are larger and so
struggle on better than ARBR. But they are all doomed too. Any newsgroup
without a moderator is for idiots only. The lowest common denominator will
always prevail. That means all such newsgroups will be composed solely in
the end of knaves and cowards, blackguards and scoundrels - and, in short,
total fucking idiots!

Ed Dolan the Great says fuck one and fuck all!

To keep idiots like you from further polluting the newsgroup. My only desire
is to see ARBR disappear from the face of the earth. All the other cycling
newsgroups are equally as stupid of course. Only morons post to unmoderated
Usenet newsgroups.

Ed,
Would you be kind enough to recommend a moderated news group that we can
use?

Moderated groups don't work for me at all. I am kicked off of them after a
single post. Moderated groups are for wimps and sissies. I personally would
not be caught dead on any of them.

Moderated groups are for wimps and sissies like you, not for real men who
say what is on their mind.

Every moderated newsgroup that I have any acquaintance with is strictly for
sissies and wimps. They give you the royal boot if you say anything the
least out of the ordinary. I don't know about you, but I am here to say
things out of the ordinary. Only feminized men, like all women, want to say
ordinary things.

YEP ... top posted, just because it irritates the geriatric

You know readers, I return here now and then just to peek in to see if
anything has changed only to find the same old doddering dolt spewing
the same old monotonous copy and paste pedestrian platitudes ... ad
nauseum. One would thing that if the self-professed GRATE ONE
insisted on committing an offense, he'd choose something other than
the crime of mediocrity. A victim of his own dotage, head swollen
HEAD Dolan needs to have his self-importance surgically excised along
with his pompous ass!

One of the major problems with the world is that fools are so certain
of themselves whereas wiser people have doubts. Dolan falls into the
latter category. What one chooses to believe is the reality that one
forges. Whether valid or not, ones behavior is influenced by what one
believes. Dolan's tirades are predicated on intolerance of even the
slightest divergence from what he construes to be true. A reasonable
man adapts himself to the world whereas an unreasonable man attempts
to adapt the world to himself. Dolan falls into the latter category.

Ed's life blood is ARBR in spite of his conspicuous irrelevance ...
how pitiful ... how pathetic.

As much as moderated newsgroups do not suit me, they are still the only way
to go if you want civilized discussion. But, like Gotbent and Tom Sherman, I
prefer unmoderated newsgroups because even though 90% of what you will find
on such a group is naught but crap and nonsense, at least some of it is
occasionally intelligent and you do not have to concern yourself with some
idiot moderator barring you from posting because he doesn't like what you
are saying or how you are saying it. Imagine anyone having the temerity to
edit a genius like Ed Dolan the Great!

ARBR and I are well suited to one another since we are both irrelevant.
Anyone else who finds himself here is equally irrelevant.

I "inhabit" Neil Gunton's crazyguyonabike site. All 16 of my long
trip reports are posted there, as are close to 4000 other reports.
There is a section for essays, another for discussions, another for
product evaluations, and another for random selections of the more
than 400,000 photos posted there. Searches for places, products or
whatever will yield directioins to whatever information is posted in
his site. When I really need information, that's the place to ask.

Why frequent RBR?? Nothing wrong with a little variety!

Born is '46, JimmyMac is not 68, but Ed is as challenged by math as
much as he is challenged by the English language.

Ed in his own words ... ""I keep in mind that I could be wrong about
everything under the sun." that is about the only thing Ed is right

Your own words often stand in utter contradiction and condemnation.
When a spell checker fails, a context editor could help.
Understandably, you meant GRATEness

I do not consider it much of an accomplishment to grate on a nonentity like
you. Even Tom Sherman finally acquired enough brains to leave these
newsgroups. Take the hint yourself, why don't you!

I'm still thinking a Vandeman / Dolan deathmatch ticket would be a

I will leave when I KNOW Tom Sherman has left for good. He was a worthy
adversary. All you ever were was a stalker, the most pitiful of all Usenet
types.
