newbie question rudder and ailerons

hello the group

i am curious roughly how many degees left and right can the rudder turn

also the ailerons what degrees up and down please

i am building a simple aeroplane model in java (A programming language)

and i figured that an aeroplane class would be interesting to "model " so
to speak
