If you didn't do a full install, you might have to look on the CD.

actually Microsoft screwed up on this one - for the Commercial and ATP
training flights (and checkrides) they just ported the FS2000
equivalents without bothering to include the required charts in the
FS2002 install. these charts were in the late departed (printed)
Pilot's Handbook.

(though they're pretty low resolution and almost unreadable)
