mhm....

in the ISAF contingent there's also the best mountain troops; but their
help in the rescue ops is a bit imprudent (Indian troops's behavior in
seeing black feathers on the other side of the truce line isn't
predictable....)

My adivise to Tripoli is to tell the International Criminal Court (ICC) to
jump.

My advice to Tripoli is to get the ICC to try Gaddafi's son in Libya.
After the conviction and sentence to imprisonment try the son with some
of his other crimes in a Libyan court. Administer the death sentence.
