Al Qaeda showing its ability to learn and its ability to organise.

We are going to have to learn to encrypt *all* our military radio
transmissions. Off the shelf single chip encryption is available. The
civilian stuff will work to CONFIDENTIAL and tactical SECRET.

Lots of luck encrypting the BBC, CNN and VOA, let me know how that works
out.

In reality most of the 'tips' outlined in this document were
used by Iraqi tribesmen to counter RAF policing flights
in the 1920's and by the Wehrmacht during WW2 to avoid the
tactical bombers of the Red Air Force, RAF and USAAF.

Trouble is in the middle of a desert or on the Asian Steppe
finding trees to hide under can be tricky at best.
