People are so concerned about what warheads the bad guys can fit onto a ballistic missile. There are all sorts of ways to deliver a warhead to a target. This particular method is limited in range and payload, but others are not.

over there, attach IEDs to them and send them into the mountains. It
cures two things, gets the Tangos and allows us to get new Congress
Critters into office.
