The story in full is pretty incoherent, (

) which is unusual in a defence story in the Indian press, but is yet
another illustration of why the US needs to be more aggressive in
selling weapons to the Indian government.

Unfortunately the major sticking point seems to be a disinclination to
engage with Indian institutional corruption, which really is a way of
life there.

Look guys, it's India, what do you expect?

Do what everyone else does and hire a local 'agent'...
