Gathering of Eagles
Honoring the Class of 1995
United States Air Force Air Command and Staff College
This year marks the 14th occasion of the Gathering of Eagles program.
It has become a student body tradition to commission a unique piece
of aviation art depicting some of the World's greatest aviators and
an aircraft they flew. As a highlight to the ACSC Graduation Ball,
the Air Command and Staff College Foundation presents this painting
to the College for future generations of Air Force and sister service
officers and visitors to enjoy. We are pleased to announce renowned
artists Mike Machet and Jay Ashurst will team together to develop
this years painting. A limited edition print of the 1995 Gathering
of Eagles painting (consists of a aviation art centerpiece and 2
side panels of aviator portraits) is available for $125. Barring
unforeseen circumstances, each print is individually signed by each
1995 Eagle and comes with a full-color booklet. The booklet
contains each Eagle's biography and describes the specific event and
aircraft for which the Eagle is depicted in the painting.
