The newspaper article mentions killing hackers. Since they are
frequently a long way behind the lines the physical weapons will
normally be bombs and missiles.

Just my luck, I would send a Drone that was Depressed. It would just
fly around and whine about how little it's respected and never fire it's
weapon because I did not appreciate it enough.
