fitting end for one of the most ill-designed CIA action (being caught by
Italian road traffic police...)

one should remain on watch, because sooner or later, another failure
will bring back the issue (that is sending a burned CIA operative in a
more or less open post somewhere, failing to notice that that somewhere
*has* extradition treaty with Italy)

more interesting, even between the lines of english article, one can
notice the faint glimpse of a testing for a possible solution of the
main legal mess in Italy (the dwarf), albeit is really hard to get
court's "informal agreement" (the margins for dealing an "informal
gilded exile" are really slim since at least four or five years)
