Which is why I said "imo"......
I can't believe that a crash of significant impact
would have no effect on a not fully healed spinal injury*.
Again, that's just an "imo".
*iffin' he was as good as new, there would be no need
for a sub... "imo"...

True, altho I guess there's a difference between having
a risk of futher injury versus just being painful to sit
in the race car for hours.
I saw somewhere that JGR has built a special Talladega
car with a roof hatch (which is apparently still allowed
by the rules, even tho no-one has used one since Mikey
all those years ago). The plan is for Hamlin to exit
thru the roof hatch, which I guess is easier than going
out thru the window in the normal fashion.
