`Race For The Gold' Winner To Go For More Gold

Indianapolis, Indiana - April Baker, an Indy Racing League (IRL) fan
and Dial Soap consumer, has 100,000 new reasons to cheer IRL driver
Robbie Buhl at the season finale race at Texas Motor Speedway (TMS) on
September 15,2002.

Baker, from Painesville, Ohio, has already become a winner in her own
right as the Grand Prize Winner of the "Race For The Gold Sweepstakes,"
a national consumer promotion created by Dial Soap and the Indy Racing
League. She will accept the keys to her new gold 2002 Infiniti QX4 sport
utility vehicle at the start ofthe BG Products 100 Infiniti PRO Series
race on Saturday, September 14 at TMS. In addition to receiving her
new Infiniti QX4, Baker will serve as an honorary crew member for Team
Purex Aventis Dreyer & Reinbold Racing during Sunday's Chevy 500, and be
eligible to win $100,000 if Buhl wins the race.

The Grand Prize winner should be excited about Buhl's chances of winning
the event. Last September, Buhl participated in the third closest finish
in Indy Racing League history in Texas when he finished -0468 seconds
behind race winner Sam Homish Jr. and second place finisher Scott Sharp.

Dial Soap has been an Associate Sponsor of Buhl and the Team Purex
Aventis Dreyer & Reinbold Racing entry in the Indy Racing League for
the past two years. Dial Soap and Purex are products of The Dial
Corporation.

"We are really happy to have April in Texas to root for Robbie and Team
Purex Aventis at TMS," said Bill Puentes, Director of Marketing for the
Dial franchise. "We have been truly excited about the terrific momentum
and exposure that our Dial brand has developed through this unique
retail partnership with Dreyer & Reinbold and the IIU."

"We'll certainly do our best to provide April an opportunity to win this
great $100,000 prize from Dial and the Indy Racing League," said Buhl,
who also co-owns the team with Dennis Reinbold. "Our cars perform well
here, and I really enjoy driving at TMS."

For Baker, this month has already been quite exhilarating: discovering
she'd won the sweepstakes, packing up for her first trip to Texas Motor
Speedway, and getting the chance to win a significant cash bonus.

"I am really excited to take delivery of my new QX4 and having the
opportunity to win an incredible amount of money thanks to Robbie, Dial
and the Indy Racing League," said Baker. "This has been a whirlwind of
events that I never could have expected!"
