Do you think it's serious? I think it's really funny but I'm not sure I'm supposed to think that...

Art by definition doesn't have one - which just opens the door for prats
like these people. There is so much to laugh at that it is hard to know
where to start. But try this one, complete with misspelling and
unrecognisable content demonstrative of the attention to detail such
'artists' take ..

By this yardstick, my stick figures from playing Pictionary should be
hagning next to the Mona Lisa.

Hmmm... A 5-wheeler without launch control...?

Looks like that site was knocked up in about 10 minutes ... including
"drawing" all the pictures ... I could do that!
What a waste of bandwidth.

This reminds me of the following joke:
A dignified old lady was among a group looking at an art
exhibition in a newly opened gallery. One rather risque,
contemporary painting caught her eye.
"What on earth is that?" she inquired of the artist standing
nearby.
He smiled condescendingly. "That, my dear lady, is supposed
to be a mother and her child."
The little old lady snapped back, "Well, then why isn't it?"
Mr.T has commented on these thusly: "I pity those damn fools!".
