That's altering quoted text. Which, I'm told, is enough to get your
account suspended in some quarters and is generally a very, very bad
thing on usenet and tantamount to lying.

Noj is the guy who was screaming blue murder about nettiquette and
altering text and the suspending of accounts, not me.
It's a dodgy thing to have a rule about, because saying "thou shalt
not alter quoted text" rules out the old "fixed your typo for you". Or
what Noj has done here.
I guess he didn't think things through very carefully.

Really? OK.

Never said you did?

Yup

Bobby the knob hasn't got a sense of humour.
Never has, never will.

I agree with AC and Noj, this one was a bit of a snoozefest compared
to what we've had in the season to date. There were, it's true, some
first lap shenanigans, but that's seldom enough to make a RACE
interesting. The most significant pass - Massa taking 2nd - occured in
the pits. It was like the good old days.
Of course, I'm not and F1 purist and expert like some are, but I'm
prepared to learn from an expert who has insights to offer.

No, it wasn't a great race on any level at all. It was boring. Almost devoid of overtaking, and no incidents of note after the first couple of corners apart from Perez's mistimed attempt at passing Hamilton.

The drunk was playing "spot the track kits".
We all know how exciting that can be.

as the thread is "Driver of the day" a lot more than your petty & persistent feud with build. We know you don't like him, possibly with cause but jumping on every post to attack him is getting very old & it is a shame that other posters are immature enough to join in.

"What the heck do you see is not boring?" What does that even mean?
"Great" race. Really? "Great"? What are you, a tabloid? Go on then, explain how this compares to previous great races.
F1 not for me? LOL. Like alcohol is not for you?
1 contender out
1 contender struggling
1 contender taken out and not even able to do a glory run
No strategy dice
No tyre dice
No weather to spice it up
DRS not even faking it up
There was a mildly interesting start, a wise bit of strategy for Massa, a few fun over takes and a clearly hopeless run at the end for Button, for *3rd*.
But I am here to entertain a case for this being a "great" race.

That's my point. Look at the thread title.

I know you are a fuckwit but pause long enough to realise that he is
the one that chose to have a pop at me for no reason.
No, don't apologise on either count. Then I wouldn't get to point out
what an immature hypocrite you are.
YES you just realised that YOU are the poster that is immature enough
to join in.

No doubt I have joined the ranks of those you will attack at every opportunity. I will not engage in a battle of wits as it is unfair to pick on an unarmed man.
