The front lights are wired like this:

The Gry wire from each side goes to Fuse #1.
Check that this is correct.
Both fuses #1 and #2 are fed from Term #58
on the Headlight switch, shown in this photo:

If that wiring all looks OK, I would check for
a poor earth connection on the right side.
Test for it by using a jumper wire from chassis
to the lamp socket shell and see if the problem resolves.

Taillights have connections (weak link) behind the engine compartment
insulation panels.
