Of course, my Lord Valve, you understand that the entire purpose of
the IPCC was and is to find a pretense for creating a world
government. Maurice Strong, the Canadian UN bureaucrat (Executive
Director of the United Nations Environment Programme ( UNEP)) who set
up the IPCC, was an executive member of the Club of Rome

officially (and from 1974 publicly) declared that people wouldn't form
themselves into a world government voluntarily so some reason, in
effect some threat, would have to be found *or manufactured* -- they
actually said that! -- to force the people of the world to combine to
combat it.
For the last two decades that threat turned out to be global warming,
with the bonus that they could play on human guilt by ascribing it to
manmade CO2. All of this need not be framed as an assault on
industrialization but it is because that is Strong's driving force.

And a democratic government twice sent assassins after *me* for being
a revolutionary! While this wrecker gets paid a princely salary to
undermine our societies...
But the Club of Rome isn't a conspiracy; it is all done out in the
