CD info software

Is there software for the Mac that will tell you the CD info like the
gaps between tracks or if the tracks are butted up right next to each
other? I use QLab to run shows for live production (mostly modern
dance). You have to import the CD tracks on to your drive first and
them load them in to QLab. Without listening to every track
transition, I have no way of knowing if the tracks have gaps between
them or if they roll through. (a lot of times the track marks are just
for rehearsal stops and starts). More often than not, I'm not given
the time to listen to the whole CD before I have to roll audio for
rehearsal so knowing the gaps ahead of time would be very useful.
