"Soundhaspriority" is a compulsive liar, having falsely attributed to me
statements of endorsement. It is not clear why he does this, but he may have
a business selling "tweaks."

While distortions and innuendos are frequent on this group, this is the
first time I have encountered sheer fabrication, attributed to the text of a
private email conversation.

Mr. "Soundhaspriority", you are fooling with the wrong guy. Seven years ago,
Brian L. McCarty was an aspiring scam artist. While it took the FBI three
months to locate him, I ran him down. In his case, it was necessary to
intervene at the level of head of state, and completely destroy his
fraudulent enterprises. To this day, several of us monitor McCarty's
activities on a continuing basis, using some of the largest subscription
databases in the world.

The reason I did this is simple: He posted a false endorsement by me on the
website: http://www.coralseastudios.com.
In terms of what McCarty could have scammed, his losses are in the
millions.

I want you to understand that when you fool with me, it doesn't stay on
usenet. If you have any commercial enterprise you would like to keep going,
leave now. I'll try to forget about you.

To get the ball rolling, I offer a $50 reward to whoever can provide
reasonably convincing evidence as to who this person is, payable as a U.S.
postal money order. If you want to claim, call me, or ask me to call you,
using Skype. The actual evidence must be submitted by email. Your phone
conversation will be reimbursed. My phone number is U.S. (215) 646-4894

If more than one person provides non-overlapping evidence, the dollar value
will be split according to the utiliity of the information. Identical
information will be prioritized by date.

It appears most likely that "Soundhaspriority" is actually one Richard
Graham, who gives his address as 9a Marden Road. London N17 6NE, with an
email of richar...@blueyonder.co.uk.

Mr. Graham, you must cease and desist from further false endorsements in my
name.

Mr. Graham uses the title "Dr." Does anyone know if he has been awarded such
a degree from an accredited institution?

I did no such thing. I did not state you supported any business
ventures of mine, nor did I even say you thought all the tweaks were
viable, because you didn't. From our conversations I could see that
some of the more difficult to conceive of tweaks "scared you", as they
did the others here. I merely mentioned in passing exactly what you
told me about the L-shape tweak we had been discussing in email. After
I went into some detail about the scientific background of the L-shape,
you were intrigued enough by the research you had read at the
biogeometry site, to try my idea. (Frankly, I don't know why you people
always have to be convinced thoroughly before you'll try a tweak that
costs nothing and takes 20 seconds to do!)

And you told me that it had improved things, even when you applied it
to your loudspeaker. You had no problem admitting publicly that you
believed there was something behind the tweak, but you went ballistic
when I mentioned that you had tried it and found it beneficial. Then
came lie after lie after attack thread after attack thread from you, in
order to cover up what you had said to me in email about having tried
the L-shape. And now you're even putting a bounty on my head of $50!
That I admit, is a new one for me. You're a very "complicated" man, I
find. I have never dealt with anyone like you before, but I see that
there is no end of controversy that surrounds you wherever you go on
usenet. As a quick Google search into the archives will attest. And
your reputation for being a liar certainly didn't begin with me, I
find. As we see in this post here, where you are being accused of not
simply being a liar, but a "pathological liar":

As everyone knows, where there's smoke Mr. Morein, there's fire. Lots
and lots of fire. And I'm finding this assessment of you more and more
credible, even in light of my **limited** experiences with you. I mean
to begin with, there's the fact that you would put on all of these
charades in order to cover up this (to me) insignificant lie of yours
that has now snowballed into a shootout at Dodge City, with a $50
bounty on my head. Like I said, you RAO nutballs certainly adore your
kitchen sink dramas, and I think you must be the queen of the ball on
this group, from all these risible drama queen fits of yours, that you
put out to protect an insignificant lie. Next, there's this insane Dr.
Jekyll and Mr. Hyde aspect to your character. Where one day you're
calling me a "horrible evil man" and a "crook" on the group, and a few
hours later, you're telling me how amazing the L-shape tweak is, after
you tried it on a CD. I don't know what to make of that, Mr. Morein,
except that you are a VERY strange bowl of fruit.

> It is not clear why he does this, but he may have
> a business selling "tweaks."

I may have a "lot" of things, but so far, it's just more paranoid
conjecture, of which there is no shortage of on this group of fearful,
paranoid nutballs. IOW, you've proven diddly. Whereas in your case, its
more clearer that your "business interests" don't favor you endorsing
what are viewed as "insane tweaks" (but which you now know are quite
valid). Isn't that what you told me on the phone, in so many words?

> While distortions and innuendos are frequent on this group, this is the
> first time I have encountered sheer fabrication, attributed to the text of a
> private email conversation.

I say the same. Except in my case, it's actually true that you
fabricated the lie that you never tried the l-shape tweak.

> Mr. "Soundhaspriority", you are fooling with the wrong guy.

Considering your Jekyll and Hide act, I don't even think you know who
you are at the present moment. But you're the one fooling with me and
let me tell you Mr. Morein.... you have no idea who you're fooling
with. I know what a paranoid man you are and all but believe me, if I
were trying to go after you, you wouldn't be able to sleep at nights.
But I'm really not. You're about as much of a threat to me as Mr.
Krueger is to the high end audio industry. Just because you're
paranoid, doesn't mean everyone is out to get you. I'm not even
disturbed much by all the lying you're doing about this tweak thing you
tried, calling me a liar so flippantly and all. And the reason is
because of how disturbed I believe you are. I'm not in the habit of
attacking the mentally ill.

Yeah, and I'm sure that Bill Gates would have been a billionaire by
now, if you hadn't interevened.
Look, could you do me a favor and STOP blathering on about your
personal obsession with this guy? STOP filling up my email box with all
these details about your crusade against him, STOP wasting bandwidth on
the newsgroups, blabbering on about him in every second post you make.
It only makes you look even more insane, if that is at all possible. I
don't care if he ran over your dog. I'm not going to check with the FBI
registry to see if you administered a complaint against him and all
this other crap you'd have me do. I'm not interested in your personal
vendettas Mr. Morein. It bores me to tears, and I don't see what it has
to do with your attack thread on me. Don't you even know how to deliver
a proper attack thread?? You don't start by trying to shoot two birds
with one stone. FOCUS man, FOCUS. Eyes on the prize. The enemy is right
in front of you, not swarming all around you.

> I want you to understand that when you fool with me, it doesn't stay on
> usenet.

Gosh Bob, you're _such_ a flirt! No shame!

> If you have any commercial enterprise you would like to keep going, leave now.

Okay, let me see if I can bring things into proper focus here. I try to
donate FREE (that's "gratuis") tweaks to the fidelity-starved people of
RAO, and what I get for my efforts is threats at virtual gunpoint, and
more threats to destroy a business I did not even know I had.
Spectacular! I can't _wait_ to see what's next. Perhaps, someone will
kidnap the kids that I don't have, after forcing them into their
virtual car. A larger group of paranoid maniacs you'd be hard pressed
to find, outside the confines of an asylum.

> I'll try to forget about you.

Now you know that's a lie, Bob. You could never forget about me, not
after all that we've been through. You might try to convince your mind,
but we both know, you could never convince your heart. So no, I don't
accept your offer. It would be hypocritical of me to do so. Please, do
your worst. And if your worst is merely more paranoid ranting as we've
seen from you in the last few days, I can't say I won't be a little
disappointed. I know that you're a little short of "liquid funds" these
days, so I will finance your investigations or inquiries with the FBI,
if need be. (And don't forget, my offer to send you a CD marker is
still on the table).

> To get the ball rolling, I offer a $50 reward to whoever can provide

Let me see if I got this straight: You initially said on the group that
you were too cheap to waste the ink in your marker, in order to try out
my L-shape tweak (before we had further discussions in email, which
convinced you to try out the tweak). But now you're willing to spend
$50 just for my name? Who's offering the money, Jekyll or Hyde? Well
anyway, who am I to claim to be above exploiting the mentally ill?
Let's do this thing!

My address is:

62 W. Wallaby St.

You can find out all you need to know about me at this page:

http://www.geocities.com/Hollywood/Academy/1267/

And being that I would know who I am better than anyone else, that
should be solid enough evidence that I am who I say I am. So... how
would you like to arrange payment of the $50, exactly?

> If you want to claim, call me, or ask me to call you,

Oh my God, the man's a true maniac.... You think that there will be so
many respondents to your latest plea of insanity, that you'll have to
prioritize all the bogus information you receive by date, where it
overlaps each other? Gee, are you sure your database software is up to
the task, Mr. Morein?

BTW, does this in any way mean I'm going to have to split the 50 with
Goofball, because he claimed I was May Belt?

BTW2: There is a regular on this group who knows who I am. Maybe
instead of all this rigamarole of hiring Dog The Bounty Hunter, you
could simply try to bribe the name out of him by buying him a drink or
two. Don't quote me on this, but I think he drinks single malt scotch.

BTW3: I left numerous clues as to my identity in my very first post. If
you or Goofball were as smart as you think you are, you'd be able to
get it. Gentlemen... start your search engines!

ROTFLMAO!!

No doubt, because as I told you in a previous message in regards to

there's fire. And wherever there's fire, there's Robert Morein. And
you, Mr. Morein, are not playing with a full deck. But Westface already

Mr. Morein, Bob,

I keep telling people that the Mikey persona on Usenet is not an act, and
a lot of people don't believe me. I'm going to refer to this post as
definitive proof of my thesis.

In response to your query, I think I may have found it in the back of my
refrigerator, but I'm not sure it's any good anymore, as it's sorta gray and
fuzzy.

If you give me a mailing address, I'll send it along in some sort of air
tight container, and you can do what you wish with it. :-)

First you don't get the fact that just because I didn't deny anything you
said, it is not an indication of agreement.

Now, let's compare Arny's behavior to your own.
You clearly have sanity issues, or else why would you be stalking someone
who has not harmed you.
You clearly are not helpful, at least as regards this NG and it's subject
matter audio, since it is a topic you rarely discuss.
There is no question about your honesty, you simply do not possess that
character trait, which of course means you are not the least bit honorable.

So, I think I can keep this post as defintive proof, as if more were needed,
of your swineyness.
