Is the NYE special from Nashville radio-only this year? I didn't see it on
the TV schedule, but I must admit I only looked at the PBS station's
listings.

It was kind of fun last year, seeing things like the next performers being
staged behind the current act, the subtle glances and gestures the
musicians exchange to keep their improvisations aligned and their solos
ordered, the interactions between the dramatists, and especially the
interactions between Garrison and the sound effects man. I'll miss that
this year.
