Why not just exterminate them?

Why not just exterminate those too if they're so insane. They did it to the
WW2 Daleks.

They were impure. So were the mad Daleks probably.

How were they being treated? Nanogenes, which didn't seem to be working
properly?

That's not a review, Yads. It mostly appears to be a collection of random
letters. Even when I rearrange them to make real words, there's no sign of a
review in there.

I thought there was something odd about Cameron and Clegg.

What happens to people who are only half-human? (And does it make a
difference if it's on their mother's side?)

Well, yes, zero is the minimum number of survivors.

No, the Doctor will keep his story.

People who wear the same pants as him.

Except for all the ones that aren't but don't have any power. I'd
love to see a really insane one shooting at a lump of rock to make a
sculpture. That would be so fun.

Dalek Invasion anyone?

>
> Resurrection should have never been. The Movellans
> should have wiped the Daleks out for good!

The Movellans were nothing more than a race of mobile computers unable to
think out of the box until Resurrection.

Nevertheless Revelation is probably the one that should never have been. The
Daleks were supposed to be about preserving the racial purity of the Kaleds
by growing new mutants in incubators, not converting the dead or dying? That
was Cybermen, and their storylines all fell apart after it became obvious
they couldn't breed.

I think both races need a reboot from basic principles.

First the Daleks.

What's the point of them conquering the universe? What would they do with it
once they were the only surviving lifeform?

Let's go back to basics.

The Daleks were created survive the radiation caused by the Dal vs. Thal war
and then after that they would return to their original humanoid form. So
why not have the Daleks do just that now they've conquered Skaro and do the
same after they've conquered other planets too. Lots of good stories there
and I expect a share of the royalties.

Now for the Cybermen.

The whole idea behind them was that they evolved from replacing all they
body parts with mechanical ones so that they could continue to live on, and
then they got into a war with Earth after their own planet died. So how
about another reboot and have Cybermen living alongside humans on their own
planet, fighting its wars together then moving on to other planets and
conquering them and rebuilding themselves with mechanical parts in order to
prolong their lives, and then they could breed as many Cypbermen as they
want and do away with pointless conversions of alien races? I expect a
share of the royalties from that idea too.

Gnesis of the Cybermen anyone?

Time wars need to be erased with the White Guardian pleading with the
Doctor to get the Key to Time to resotre order. Of Course
the Black Guardian might get in the way.

RTD did that in Rise of the Cybermen/Age of Steel. It all needs to be
undone.

Or whoever's producing the show can do it another way.

Well in this case because the White Guardian did not get the Key
to Time, the Time Wars occured and chaos reigns the universe.

Exactly. The time war started with Genesis. But the Daleks must not
have realized it until much later.

But they keep coming to *this* universe. I really want the *real*

A few reasons. Firstly, the elephant in the room people seem to have
forgotten.
Sly McCoy's Doctor destroyed Skaro. Or rather Davros did when Sly tricked
him.
So unless this episode involved Wibbly Wobbly Timey Wimey, someone royally
fucked up.

Secondly. It's probably already been done.
I can tell you full well for a fact I personally have a short story in
development that revolved exactly around this idea that I came up with
several months ago.

I don't think anybody fucked up. Moffat is as aware as any of us that Skaro
was destroyed by the 7th Doctor. He chose to ignore it. If it worries you,
you could always assume that McCoy's actions occurred in the future relative
to Asylum. Alternatively, read John Peel's book, "War of the Daleks". In
that, he reasoned that the planet the Doctor blew up wasn't Skaro, but was
instead the planet Antalin.

The timeline as presented in the series has been put through the
wringer so much that I am surprised it even makes as much sense as it
does right now.
That said: it also could be that they just destroyed an old or
alternative Skaro (with the current mainworld of the Daleks always
being called Skaro and maybe being skaroformed to have those homely acid
rains and red skies). Or a future version of Davros might have gone
back and kept Davros from being destroyed by replacing it with a planet
called Antalin in the nick of time. Or it might not even have been
Davros but some other group or individual from a species of scheming
mad cyborgs that just thought it might be nice to have that old home
planet saved.

The only problem with that is that RTD destroyed the main premise of the
book when he brought back Davros immediately after the 7th Doctor had
destroyed his ship too in the same event that destroyed Skaro, and it can't
work as a continuation from War of the Daleks either.

Or that crazy Dalek saved it at the same time he saved Davros.

No, Yads. We've told you time and time again, with examples, that
Mawdryn Undead _wasn't_ the first time that inconsistencies showed.

It was merely the first time fandom was organised enough to take
notice of the inconsistencies that were showing. Big, big difference.

How many more times do we have to tell you this before it finally
sinks in?
