But that doesn't -- she gets rescued *by* being sucked into a portal, and
would have otherwise been disintegrated by a Fog Bank o' Doom. > hence the sad ending.
And that makes no sense at all. A successful rescue of one of the
protagonists is not a sad ending. Heck, a successful rescue of a *villain* isn't generally considered to be a sad ending, though neither is an unsuccessful rescue of a villain. :) You must Sign in before you can post messages.
