ORIGINAL MOVIE, NADINE IN DATELAND

------

Premiering Spring 2005, the Oxygen Original Movie Also Stars Emmy
Award-Winning Actress Swoosie Kurtz, Brad Rowe, and Tamala Jones

LOS ANGELES, January 11, 2005 - What you can’t do, teach! Enter Nadine
- a 30-something, down-on-her-luck matchmaker who can’t even seem to
fix her own loveless love life. In Oxygen’s newest romantic comedy,
Nadine in Dateland, actress-comedienne Janeane Garofalo stars as
Nadine, owner of a dating service that needs a professional revamping
soon to prevent her business endeavor from closing its dating doors.
The two-hour Oxygen original movie premieres in Spring of 2005.

Short on cash, Nadine convinces her mother (Swoosie Kurtz) to invest
in her matchmaking agency. But there’s one small catch. In order to
get out of the red, Nadine must prove to her mother that she can make
a successful romantic match between herself and Adam (Brad Rowe), her
old college sweetheart. With the help of her best friend Star (Tamala
Jones), she’ll go to any measure to win Adam in order to keep her
agency—even if it means taking a “mission impossible” approach to
dating.

“Janeane’s brilliant talent and comedic timing makes Nadine
irresistibly loveable,” says Debby Beece, President of Programming,
Oxygen. “Our audience will find themselves cheering for the underdog
every step of the way.”

Garofalo has starred in many top-grossing films including Reality
Bites, Copland, The Truth About Cats and Dogs and The Cable Guy. In
addition to acting, she continues to perform stand-up around the
country and hosts her own radio show on “Air America.”

Emmy Award-winning actress Swoosie Kurtz is best known for her
television role in the hit NBC series Sisters. Her work also includes
Cruel Intentions and The Rules of Attraction. Brad Rowe starred in the
successful independent film Billy’s Hollywood.

Screen Kiss opposite Sean P. Hayes. Tamala Jones has starred in the

Hardly Wait opposite Jennifer Love Hewitt.

films have appeared on MTV, Warner Bros. and HBO. In addition, she was
the director of Zoe Loses It starring Amanda Peet and Sandra Oh.

John Davis of Davis Entertainment is the executive producer of Nadine
in Dateland. Davis has produced numerous feature films including
Paycheck and Garfield.

Kristen Connolly Vadas is the executive in charge for Oxygen Media. At
Oxygen, Vadas has also supervised Girls Behaving Badly, Good Girls
Don't, Naked Josh and Oxygen’s newest comedy/reality series Mr.

JENNIFER LOVE HEWITT SLIPS ON STILLETOS FOR OXYGEN’S CONFESSIONS OF A
SOCIOPATHIC SOCIAL CLIMBER

------

Joseph Lawrence and Colin Ferguson Round out the Cast of the
Made-for-Television Movie Premiering Saturday, March 12 at 8:00 PM*

------

LOS ANGELES, January 11, 2005 - Who says the Hiltons, the Hearsts, and
the Trumps are the only ones with their fingers on the pulse of high
society? Jennifer Love Hewitt pushes these tabloid divas aside when
she plays the fabulous and completely ruthless social climber Katya
Livingston in Oxygen’s original movie Confessions of A Sociopathic
Social Climber. Premiering Saturday, March 12 at 8:00 p.m., the
two-hour movie follows Katya on her way to the top as she discovers
that while love may not be on her to-do list, it’s her ticket to the
party of the season…if she has the good sense to see it.

By day, she’s a designer-bag-toting 28-year-old advertising executive
and by night she’s a “wannabe” socialite-in-the-making. When Katya
discovers she’s not invited to the season’s hottest party, she pulls
out her .38 caliber blackberry, her cunning ways, and points her Jimmy
Choos in the direction of anyone who can get her into the party of the
year. Little does she know her entrée into the hottest event is also
her path to discovering the love of her life.

“We’re over-the-moon thrilled to have Jennifer Love Hewitt as the
deliciously wicked Katya Livingston,” said Debby Beece, President of
Programming at Oxygen. “Add Joseph Lawrence, Colin Ferguson, and Stan
Brooks to the equation and we have a truly spectacular movie.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed working with Oxygen—they gave us all the
support we needed to make a smart, funny, sexy movie that shows
Jennifer Love Hewitt in a whole new light,” says Stanley M. Brooks,
President of Once Upon A Time Films. “She seamlessly transforms
herself into a character we know audiences will both love to hate and
hate to love.”

The film also features Joseph Lawrence as Ferguson, the gay sidekick
buddy of Katya, who is her partner in crime and day-to-day social
planner for scheming into San Francisco’s elite events. Colin Ferguson
portrays Charles Fitz, the handsome attorney who has captured the
heart of Katya only to have his love stomped on for a case of mistaken
identity.

Confessions of A Sociopathic Social Climber is based on the popular
novel of the same name. Written by Adele Lang, it was a New York Times
bestseller and was also selected for Kelly Ripa’s book club for LIVE
With Regis & Kelly. The film is a co-production between Oxygen Media
and Once Upon a Time Films with both Stanley M. Brooks and Scott W.
Anderson serving as executive producers. Past credits for Once Upon a
Time Films include Behind The Camera: The Unauthorized Story of
Three’s Company and Call Me: The Rise & Fall of Heidi Fleiss. Chad
Oakes also serves as executive producer for Nomadic Pictures. The film
is directed by Dana Lustig whose past credits include Kill Me Later
and Wedding Bell Blues.

For Oxygen, Stefanie Ziev is the executive in charge of production.
Previously Ziev served as executive in charge of production for
Oxygen’s first made for television movie A Tale of Two Wives as well
as Tempting Adam and My Sexiest Mistake.

OXYGEN SEEKS GORGEOUS GUY TO GRACE THE COVERS OF HARLEQUIN ROMANCE
NOVELS

------

Oxygen’s Newest Comedy/Reality Series, Mr. Romance, Awards Appearances
on Romance Book Covers, Premieres Monday, March 14 at 10:00 PM*

------

LOS ANGELES, January 11, 2005 — The tension is palpable as Oxygen
turns a comic eye on the search for the next Fabio. Mr. Romance,
created by Gene Simmons of KISS, chronicles the trials and
tribulations of aspiring Adonises who compete to see just who will
grace the cover of the next Harlequin romance novel. The show,
premiering Monday, March 14 at 10:00 p.m. features 12 beefy guys who
enter a veritable “romance boot camp” and prepare to compete in the
Mr. Romance man-pageant. The winner walks away with guaranteed
appearances on Harlequin romance book covers and a $50,000 cash prize.

Cameras roll for five one-hour episodes and a two-hour finale as
twelve participants train to strike the pose, walk the catwalk and
sculpt their bodies into temples worthy of worship. Viewers will be
left breathless and begging for more as their future knight in shining
armor gets lessons in seduction and kissing for the camera. With no
elimination until the final pageant, the season finale dramatically
culminates with a grand man-pageant in front of a live, all-female
studio audience and a panel of celebrity judges/guests and romance
professionals, including Fabio, Gene Simmons and TV personality Tina
Malave.

Comedian Fred Willard of Best in Show and Anchorman also joins the
finale as a pageant commentator, similar to those of more traditional
televised beauty pageants. Alongside Fabio and Malave, Willard
provides the TV audience with color commentary punctuated by his
notable humor and satiric observations.

Fabio, featured on the covers of over 1,000 romance titles, acts as a
role model throughout the series, providing the contestants the inside
knowledge and know-how on what it takes woo and charm the ladies.
Whether making a gallant entrance on his white horse or dishing out
words of wisdom, Fabio adds a flavorful and fun approach to finding
the newest romance novel cover model.

Cindy Guyer, who has appeared on more romance novel covers than any
other model, acts as the “headmistress of the romance academy.” Guyer,
the former model for Nancy Drew book covers, has appeared on over
2,000 national magazines and book covers.

“We love this show because it’s funny, affectionate and sexy—all at
the same time. It’s a funny take on a fairytale land,” said Debby
Beece, President of Programming for Oxygen Media. “We want to paint a
portrait of the quirky world of male modeling competitions—chronicling
these men, not mocking them—giving women a glimpse into the absurd and
the serious side of what it takes to get on the cover of a Harlequin
Romance Novel.”

The Greif Company (Lifetime’s Intimate Portraits, Headliners &
Legends) and Jude Weng (The Mole 3 and The Next Action Hero) are the
series’ producers.
