Wrestling news: Raw, Smackdown, AW released

Here are some wrestling news items for you:

- Raw's main event saw John Cena defeat Daniel Bryan. with the
Attitude Adjustment. The Big Show and CM Punk then came out; Show gave
Cena and Punk the WMD and finished the show holding Punk's WWE title.
Also, Shawn Michaels announced that he will be in Triple H's corner for
The Game's SummerSlam match with Brock Lesnar. The show drew a 3.1
rating, same as last week.

- Smackdown saw Rey Mysterio defeat the Intercontinental champion The
Miz with a roll-up to win their non-title match, Afterwards, Alberto Del
Rio hired police officers to beat up Sheamus; the Mexican aristocrat
then attacked Great White, putting him in the cross armbreaker as
Smackdown went off the air.

- WWE released AW yesterday, partially due to his Kobe Bryant joke on
Raw last week. It should be noted that AW's tag team, The Prime Time
Players, became the #1 contenders to the WWE tag team titles on Smackdown.
