As some of the busiest newsgroups, FYI: After being several days behind,
Google Groups is updated on the Usenet newsgroups up to yesterday.

I guess all the work on the secret launch of Google Plus and What Do You
Love distracted the Google engineers (googlers? googleneers?) from Google's
first buy out, Groups (formerly Deja News).

Ian has kicked his Google Groups habit. You can too. C'mon. Real Usenet awaits.

Ask Ian to show you his "30 days free of Secret Life of the American
Teenager" chip. Oh wait, he doesn't have one.

Is this about Google Groups? AIOE? I can't tell what I'm being
peer-pressured about! Meanwhile I'll continue using whatever's
convenient at that moment.

AIOE works reasonably well if you avoid the x-posted political threads.
Then you're likely to run afoul of its crosspost limits and various
arcane and unspecified rules banning random groups, group combinations,
and even political site URLs in body text. On the plus side, no need for
jumping through registration hoops of any sort.

Only if you try to participate in the OT political threads, and then you
probably deserve what you get.

I forgot. The reason we have all those Google Gropers is their

I moved without my boyfriend (so he's now an ex) if that makes a difference.
