It was kinda clever the opening last ep where Gus Fring is in a humvee
convoy listening to Lionel Riche. It was the first time in 15 years he had
heard recorded music--in air conditioned comfort. It was very reminiscent of
the opening of IRON MAN. I was disappointed he didn't secretly make an
amulet-powered exo-suit.
Also having his estranged rebel son take out the one guard and freeing him
was clever in that it fooled the audience who suspected the show would be so
stupid as to having maybe the 2nd or 3rd guy in command next to General
Monroe guarded by only ONE guard--only to reveal it was a trap. It's not a
bug, but a feature.
Bonus was minutes later when Gus killed the medic and the ONE guard guarding
him and escaped all the way back home with none of the rebel spies catching
him. Wait, okay, maybe that part was not quite so clever.

P.S. Of course it would be cool if it was Gus Fring, former South American
drug lord instead of Tom Neville, former harried, shy, middle manager.
