This is all a big surprise to you?  This country essentially ceased being a
free and open society immediately after 9/11.  The majority of Americans
willingly gave up that freedom out of a false sense of security derived from
this sort of thing.  I can't tell you how many times I have heard the
phrases..."What are you worried about if you have nothing to hide?"..."If it
saves just one life..."..."We must allow those sworn to defend us to do
their jobs, and if means a loss of liberty...".

This is what we became.  That's why I believe the attacks were actually
ALLOWED to happen.   We had warning.  These people...starting at the highest
levels...chose to not react...to fail to protect as was their duty...in
order to do these things.  Shouldn't be news.  In fact you can include most
of our news media in this too.

I'd also like to add...though I stand by my own opinion previously stated.
Always research the source.  Understand THEIR motivations too.

This last clip was posted by Russia Today...a Russian government funded news
organ that depends entirely on it's very existence on that government.
