Hunky CNN anchor Anderson Cooper has found love with Ben Maisani,
owner of gay bar The Eastern Bloc in New York City. They have been
seeing each other for around 8 months and now they're house hunting in
New York together!
"I've seen Anderson have crushes before, but he's been telling pals
that this is the real thing," says a source from CNN. "He plans to
sell his condo and move in with Ben. They looked at an old firehouse
in Greenwich Village that Anderson wanted to convert into a
residence."
In fact, Anderson is so in love that he might be publicly
acknowledging his sexuality for the first time!
While Andy has been dropping hints for a while now, apparently he's
been in the school of thought that media members should keep their
private lives private.
The source explains:
"Up until now, Anderson has refused to comment on his sexuality. He
wanted to be a serious newscaster - not 'the gay newscaster.' But
Anderson cares so much about Ben that he's ready to change his
attitude. That's what love will do for you."
