This, Comedy Central premieres its Sunday night schedule of new
programming which includes - "CAHPPELLE'S SHOW", "MIND OF MENCIA", and
"RENO 911!"). Meanwhile, TNT premieres it new "NIGHTMARES & DREAMSCAPES"
limited series (based on the works of Stephen King) on Wednesday, as
does ESPN with its premiere of "THE CONTENDER [3]" (though this is a one
time only special WED. airing - its regular timeslot is Tuesdays at
10pm). Finally, Sci-Fi channel premieres "STARGATE: SG-1" and "STARGATE;
ATLANTIS" on Fri., July 14.
Also this week, "Rock Star" & "Big Brother" settle down to their regular
Tues./Wed. & Tues./Thurs. airing times, respectively.
Next week? The Sunday edition of "Big Brother [7]: All-Stars" premieres,
as does Lifetime's new procedural "Angela's Eyes" (on Sun.), Sci-Fi's
new drama "Eureka" (on Tues.), and ABC's new reality competition "The
One: Making of a Music Star" (on Tues./Wed.).
