All I've watched of late has been news, with one exception when I had
company and we more or less watched a Shrek rerun. For evening
entertainment I've been reading books.

BETTER OFF TED has a new episode tonight at 8:30 Eastern. Then for
(I think) four Tuesdays there will be new episodes at 8:30 *and*
9:30.

As far as I can recall, ABC didn't mention this during the episode
that aired on 29 December.

ARRGGGHHH! They pulled a CBS, and delayed it -- not for the Rose
Bowl game, which I could understand, but for endless milling about on
the field after the end of the game.

The milling around lasted 5 minutes. The show aired, in it's entirety,
after that.

You should've watched. It was a good game. And a good episode.

We must use "about" in different ways. I fast forwarded through 9
minutes and some odd seconds before giving up.

And of course the fact that the show aired in its entirety was
useless to me and anyone else who had recorded it for later watching.
