Thanks to our dear president, there was no B&B. Again. Seems like it has
to be the same time when he wants to make a speach. Why can't he do it
in the morning when thw dum talk shows are on?

Here, the first 30 minutes of Y&R were pre-empted. As far as B&B goes, you
really didn't miss much. Stephanie and Eric went to the cabin and she spent
most of the show coughing. Katie is a bit cleaned up today, and Brooke is
sleeping on Bill's couch, so you just know that Katie is going to be looking
through the window and see that.

Because he actually thinks people give a crap what he has to say about
anything?

Or Katie might fine Bill and Brooke in bed together.

I saw it as a welcome relief from the dying boredom that B&B has become. This has to be the dullest dumbest way to get rid of a character on a soap opera! Why couldn't someone have finally pushed this meddlesome, frigid biddie off a cliff? It would have been far more satisfying than this tearjerker.

Someone pulled that IRL, they wouldn't have many people sad at their
passing...really a self centered way to go, hurting people twice as bad with
not being able to spend final time with her. It's actually making me sad,
and I don't like that day after day, so have been fast forwarding a lot of
it, and that damned coughing is more annoying than a baby crying
continuously.

Most soap opera fans wish he would do it when people are actually home to
hear it. Most people are at work at that time of day.

I agree with Cheri. CBS is noted for also having sports during the daytime - like tennis, golf, basketball, etc when ppl are at work. Grrrrrr

Grams .

I do not have a problem with this, unless it's the NBA finals with squeaking tennis shoes, but I don't mind a tennis match. After all soaps are on 5 days a week, a little change up every once in a while doesn't hurt.

Agreed. Maybe he could hold his press conferences when The View is on

Or at night when working people are actually at home, maybe during one of
the reality shows? LOL

That could work, on all stations, so we could actually take in what he says
and decide for ourselves what he's saying without the newscasters telling us
what he's saying/said with their own slant.

Well, if he's pre-empting Y&R in CA, he's on at 2:00 in DC, so that doesn't
fly.

Y&R airs at 11:00-12:00 where I am in CA. B&B airs at 12:30 to 1:00
