You're stressing ME out. Now leave!

Of course, if you change your wardrobe or take it off and smile more
often, I might become a fan.

I didn't like what I saw of him. He's way too different.

I don't like this man. He's no Malcom. He looks like he has a round
ball
for a head on top of an over padded football player. He's too fat.
I don't like his voice either.

Remember how dowdy, plain and poorly dressed nuMac was when she came
on the scene. Poof Now she's gorgeous. Same thing can happen to
nuMalcolm if they intend for him to stick around for a while.

There may be a vaccine for that.

Maybe. I'm not a fond of recasts for the most part. Y&R has gotten it
right though on at least Jack and Jill. In the case of Nu (how ever many
now) Macs, you just get used to them. Not that it was a good recast, you
just get used to them. Some people make the character so much their own,
to me, I don't want to see anyone else play them. Then again, I can't
believe, actually I can, that tptb can't come up with anything more
creative.

I am *never* going to get used to this NuMac. Everything about her
seems just too "square." Her face is square. Her form is square. And
in the old 60s vernacular, *she's* square. She always looks as if she
was just told her pet hamster died.

Staying up around the clock with that sick hamster would probably explain
the dark circles under her eyes. ;-)

She is pretty much a flatliner isn't she.

Jack and Jill worked out well being recasted. It took me awhile to warm up
to both of them though (I really liked Terry Lester and what's-her-face back
in the 80's). For the most part I would agree with you that recasts just
aren't the same and rarely do as good a job as the original. However, they
hit a bulls-eye with Billy Abbott/Miller. I liked him from from the get go.
He has turned the character of Billy into what he should be (a younger
version of Jack). He absolutely owns it and makes David Thom look a little
boy. I'm really REALLY digging Billy Abbott/Miller!!

I think NuMac Cybil Jr. turned out well and I called her wooden at
first.
Adam is not bad, but Miller is the clear winner and a star when it
comes to good acting on Y&R IMO.

Jo Jo is a scream! One wonders if Esther will survive.

Why I bet even our own ratsc Niki likes him.

Brenda Dixon. Loved her! She was so sultry and had it going on. I don't
remember having an aversion to either of them, although I probably did
at first too. I think PB has done a great job at being Jack. And I also
think JW has taken over Jill very well. Her sizzling with Larry Wharton
may have been part of it. Oh GOD, I miss those two together! If you
touched those two, you'd set yourself on fire!

Yes they did! I love this guy! What's not to like? He's got the "it"
factor going on in hyper mode. Even though the things he does are
despicable, he's just so darn cute and likeable. And that smile. And
like I said before, he plays an excellent drunk! Plus he's very easy on
the eyebones. And he looks great when he takes his shirt off too! :)

I liked him from from the get go.

I have to agree with this. I forgot all about DT til you just mentioned
him. There was an absence there though, right?

I think with Mac's character, it doesn't matter who plays her. She's
such a dullard, do-goody, which is fine, but she doesn't stand out for
anything else other than that, to me at least. She just has this "saving
everybody from themselves, one bad habit at a time" thing going on
that's annoying.

The Malcolm change is just too drastic, at least for now.

I saw him today for the first time. So much has changed on the show
since three weeks ago. Anyway, he's not that bad. He's not doing JAMF
Malcolm, and that is such a relief, I'm willing to give him a few
months.

I'll hang in there and see what happens. It's just hard to "see" him as
Malcolm.

That guy was in movies long before the othernMalcolm came along. He's
an accomplished actor for sure. I want them to get rid of Cane. I'm
sick of him.

That'w what happens when you have a bunch of old arse horny women
living together with no strong man in the house. They bring in any old
piece of trash and allow them to disrupt, or destroy their household.

Cane and Adam both need to go. Of course there would be no show.
