He's there, usually insufferable these days but I think he did a really good
job of acting when he was at Cassie's grave on Friday. Damned if he didn't
bring a tear to my eye with it. :-)

Sorry, I was thinking of Nick on Y&R in my other answer. I don't really know
the answer, he was there and then gone one day without an explanation, if
there was one, I missed it.

Some of these soap actors are like the ever-changing weather. If you don't
like them on one soap, just wait a little while, and they'll turn up
someplace else you're not watching.

Well, he's a little old to be announcing a new "girlfriend" to the world on his blog. I am sure by now he is wise enough to know, that they come and go, sometimes faster, sometimes slower, but they go.
