Hey, Ernie! Welcome to the newsgroup.
Joel Hodgson was the first host of the show through the middle of season five, on Comedy Central.
Trace Beaulieu was the voice of Crow (the gold one) and one of the mad scientists until the end of season seven, on Comedy Central.
Frank Conniff played one of the mad scientists through season six, on Comedy Central.
J.Elvis Weinstein was the voice of Tom Serco (the red one) and one of the mad scientists way back in the first season, in 1989, on the old Comedy Channel, before Comedy Central existed.
Mary Jo Pehl played a mad scientist in seasons 8 through 10 on the Sci-Fi Channel.

I just figured it was easiest to suppose they were all Tom Servo, only in different ways. And really, isn't that what friendship is all about?
(By the way, hi, Ernie, welcome to the gang. We may be a bit quiet these days, but we're friendly, and it's been literally weeks since anyone burst out giggling at the word 'bodice'.)

Thanks. I really liked the "vibe" from the CT crowd. Very different than
seeing a garden variety stand up commedian.
