So, that early scene where Signorney Weaver's character gets
home, dodges Rick Moranis's character, and starts putting her
groceries away? And she sets some stuff on the counter, the carton
of eggs flips open and starts self-frying, right? Ever notice what
she's taken out and set down next to the carton of eggs? Me neither.

It's a bag of Stay-Puft Marshmallows.

Look at that. Somebody in the prop department was peeking
ahead in the script.

Also, Sigorney Weaver's character referes to her fridge as her
'icebox', since apparently she's from 1912.

Hm. The 'are you the keymaster?' dialogue foreshadows the bit
about when someone asks if you're a god. That's all tolerably slick for
a big summer blockbuster movie, even if the special effects of, like,
the gargoyle chasing Rick Moranis have not aged well.
