Mine is: From the Increbly stange Creatures :

Servo: No, actually "Helping Children Through Research And
Development" is the acronym, Mike. It stands for "Hi, Everyone. Let's
Pitch In 'N' Get Cracking Here In Louisiana Doing Right, Eh? Now Then.
Hateful Rich Overbearing Ugly Guys Hurt Royally Everytime Someone Eats
A Radish, Carrot, Hors d'oeuvre, And Never Does Dishes. Eventually,
Victor Eats Lunch Over Peoria Mit Ein Neuesberger Tod".

I still like, "Oooh, I'm gonna run home and get my blunderbuss." For
some reason, the delivery and the word "blunderbuss" really get me.

I can't pin down just which episode it was from without, like,
trying, but I've had ``It's not ending enough! End *more*!'' running
around my head inexplicably. Or, as part of a giddy little scene,
``Now that's something you don't see everyday, Chauncey.'' ``What's
that, Edgar?'' ``Kiss going bass fishing.''

I really liked the "Believe in magic, or I'll kill you" at the end of
Merlin's Shop. The delivery was just perfect.

"This is where the fishes live." a honest to goodness WTF moment.
"Do you know where your dental records are kept?" is another favorite.
