That is where I've seen her. She is an incredibly attractive woman.
Too bad she's taken. ;-)

Someone asked where they may have seen Donna Murphy befoe.
Donna played the youngest Bradford daughter, Elizabeth, in TV's "Eight is
Enough". This is where she first met Betty Buckley, who of course
played second mom, Abby Abbott, beginning in 1977.
It's great to see a child actor grow-up to be normal!

Where did you get this info? Connie Newton-Something played Elizabeth when
I watched Eight is Enough. I don't think Donna Murphy was a child actor.
Can anyone clear this up? I was watching a re-run of the show the other day
and wondered what had happened to those "kids." None of them seemed to
have lasting careers.

Are you sure? I don't remember her name being Donna Murphy.

Hmmmm. Ms. Murphy was in They're Playing Our Song as a replacement. The
show opened in 1979. She says she left college her sophmore year to do
the show. So, if the show ran about two and a half year, which is what I
believe it did, it ran until late 1981. Which means she could have been
in college as late as 1979. Not being familiar with EIGHT IS ENOUGH, but
considering her bio states all of her other work, maybe you are
mistaken??? I mean, unless the youngest daughter was 18 or so, I don't
see how it could be her.
