I hate shift key work because I am a one finger typist. So that
explains the lack of capitals. Where a title includes a comma, the
title is enclosed by asterisks, so that explains that.

Before anyone else asks, I had 8 by Samual R. Delany, 16 by Phillip K.
Dick, and had sold back the few by Harlan Ellison. They did not make
the cut. I never heard of Greg Egan, so he must not have written much
or perhaps is a post 1986 author. Another thing to keep in mind is
that most of the books which I have must have been published or at
least distributed in the USA....
