Interesting. More details would be helpful. For one, how far are
they going to go with this? All twelve? Because those books are big
honkin' chunks of paper, and we could all grow old and maybe even die
waiting for all twelve to come out. Animated or live action? I'm
leaning towards animated, because then you don't have to worry about
actors growing older, you just have to worry about them keeping their
voices good. I'll definitely be watching this with interest.

Since 99.999% of WoT is internal monologue and omniscient narrator
jabbering, why would it be a problem?

On the contrary, if as you say so much is in monologues and narrations
(I forget... been reading Malazan book1 and finding it better than
TWoT), it would require a major rewrite to make a (good) movie out of
it.

I'd still love to see a movie made, though.
