Is it?
Troy
--- ABSOLUTELY! Each episode contains two stories. The show is more
of a darker "Twlight Zone" than a monster-oriented or hi-tech "Outer
Limits." Watch for these stories in particular for their atmospheric
mood and creepiness: The Passenger List with Aidan Quinn, After Life
with Randy Quaid, The Occupant with Bridget Fonda, Hate Puppet with
Chad Lowe, and Bitter Harvest, which features a terrifically eerie Jack
Palance in a way that's guaranteed to make you squirm. You could read
the synopses of all the episodes at

--- But don't read the synopses if you don't want spoilers to some of
the stories! I forgot to mention that, or shouldn't have included the
link at all.

It's worth it if you like that type of show. Some episodes are better
than others of course.

"A View Through a Window" with Bill Pullman was the most shocking thing I'd
ever seen on tv when it first aired. I literally jumped at the climax of the
story I was so unprepared for what happened. Night Visions was a terrific
show and deserved better than it got.
this is the one episode that i associate with that show...some of the
other episodes were fairly boring
Some eps are, others aren't. It's not an Outer Limits style show. It's
more like the Twilight Zone. It's more of the "short, creepy stories with a
twist at the end" type of series. Of those showing, I'd definitely recommend
Patterns, Cargo, Hate Puppet, Bitter Harvest, My So-Called Life and Death,
If a Tree Falls, The Occupant, A View Through a Window, and Quiet Please.
