IMDb backs me up on this (as Giovanni has already noted). And yes, there are
aspects of his appearance that do very much resemble the Observer we've seen
in previous episodes. You'll understand more when you see the episode (and
to say more would be a spoiler of a sort).

Unfortunately, unless I can find it online, I will have to wait for
reruns! :-(
Our local stations here (Fox, ABC, and CW) are all owned by the same
people, and they REALLY need to get a new engineering crew. Last
night, on DirecTV, the signal for both Bones and Fringe was so broken
up that it was unwatchable. I tried both, and gave up after a few
minutes.

I'll have to wait anyway because I can only record two shows at once
(CSI & Supernatural, Thursdays 9PM-10PM EST). Wish I could've watched
Fringe.
