[Sith War 2002] Archival Independence Day

Before the "Re: Invaision" post made by the Sith War Goddess:

Down by the RASSM beachside, Alice and her Pokemon, and Darth Gumby
and the C'Pie army had been having a week-long barbeque party in honor
of their victory over The Jedi Hacker, the "rescue" of Alice, and her
double reunion with her Pokemn and her long-time cyberpal, Darth
Gumby.

It was approaching Independence Day, or what Earthling Americans call:
The Fourth of July.

Independence was well-suited to the occaision. Alice was independent
of Hack, the Jump-DMC was independent of the sandcrawler (and was
getting a good washing), and the Sith War Archives were independent of
the new Gungan invaision.

Oh didn't we tell you about that one? Well, since the person who's
writing this is a Sith War Archivist, she couldn't just let the older
archives slip away now could she? I mean, she knows the pains and
trials of keeping a Sith War Archive, and to see all of that go to
waste...

The 1138 clone members of the C'Pie Army had taken do doing various
normal beach activities while snacking...uh...indulging in their
barbeque all week, while their Leader Darth Gumby (now the General as
Seanpuff thought it more prudent ot have a Porkinite command
Porkinites) played catch-up with Alice and the Pokemon.

They were currently chatting up on their chat room exploits while
everyone gave the Jump-DMC a good washing as sandcrawlers can be
extremely dirty. Seanpuff, meanwhile, was inside the vehicle reading
up on something.

"Yo! Puffball whatcha readin'?!" Ewanpuff popped in thru the window,
still holding a sponge.
"Sith War Archives," he replied rather pensively.
"Again?!" Ewanpuff sat down next to him.
"Hey! Get that soap away from the console!"
"Sorry, dude. Say isn't that Sith War 3?"
"Yep."
"I can barely read it from here."
"That's cuz you haven't."
"Oh and you have?"
"Yep."
"Well, tell us about it."
"It looks different from last time I read it."
"I didn't do it!" Ewanpuff threw up his arms, throwing some soapy
water on the inside roof.
"I know you didn't, relax. I'm reading from the local archives this
time. They don't correspond to what we saved on our hard drives a long
way back."
"Who in the f*cking heck woulda changed the Sith War Archives?"
Ewanpuff laughed.
"I'm guessing a Gungan," Seanpuff said rather guardedly before turning
to Ewanpuff with a smile. "But it's just a guess."
"How can you tell?"
"Look."
"Oo! Moie moie, itsa all in Gungan-speak!"

The both of them rolled over in major laughter.

Alice and Darth Gumby both stuck their head thru the same window to
see what was going on.

"Oh some Gungan re-wrote the Sith War Archives."
"A Gungan?!" Gumby yelped, nearly hitting its head on the top of the
door.
"Wusa wrong wi Gungans?" Alice asked. "Wesa liken Gungans."
"Not this one!" Darth Gumby quivered. "It was before my time but there
was this one Gungan who-"

Suddenly, the C'Pies stopped their partying as a garrison of kaduu
marched up to the large party on the beach and made their declaration
that all Sith Warriors were to be handed over and Gungified.

Alice and the Pokemon quickly went up to the Gungan speakers and
looked up with wild eyes.

"Ah wesa moie moie glad to be seein usen!" Alice cheerfully told the
head Gungan. "Wesa lovin da Gungans moie moie and no needin' de
Gunga-maken overin'!"
"Moie way YESA!!!!!" The 'Puffs all screamed in agreement.

"Ah, okieday. Yousen go on with yousa day." And the Gungans marched
off.

The group returned to the ship and the army resumed their game of
hambone limbo.

"Obviously not the Gungan Mafia," Alice said disappointedly.
"Oh no no no no no," Gumby said shaking its head nervously. "But that
was a real quick slick move you pulled on them! And WOW you 'Puffs
said that with so much...much..." Gumby was about to explode. The
'Puffs saved it the trouble and gave it a large group squeeze-hug.

"Well, if it wasn''t someone friendly, cuz someone friendly wouldn't
destroy the archives like that, then we should probably keep this up
until we figure out who it is." Alice said.

"Hey no problem!" Hamillpuff said as it boinged on Gumby's large
shoulder. "Wesa liken Gungens innyway so no problemo!"

"It also means that we should probably save the Archives. Our copy of
them I mean," Seanpuff said with a bit of urgency. "If it's someone
not friendly, then we can't keep them in the ship."

"You're right," Alice agreed. "Seanpuff, Ianpuff, go transferr all of
our copies of the Sith War Archives and put them on a disk. Have Hot
ROddish take them and Porygon home to Wiggly-tough. But make sure he
comes back this time."

"Yeah! If he's gonna stay and play with the young Diglets again then
we should be able to too!" Hamillpuff humphed as Seanpuff, Ianpuff,
and Hot ROddish ran back to the car to carry out their orders.

"[And tell him to bring back some fireworks! It's almost Independence
Day!]" PeterPika called.
"Hey yeah! Can we have an Independence Day?!" Ewanpuff jumped.

"But we already have," Jedichu wandered up, having finished washing
and waxing the ship without them. "We've given the Sith War Archives
their own independence by sending them home." He put the bucket down
directly in front of Alice. "And next time you have such a brilliant
idea, and it *was* brilliant, next time do it while you're finishing
your current job of keeping the ship clean."

The others giggled at the reprimand.

"And that goes for you too."

"And what are *you* gonna do for the Sith War Gungan Nation effort,
Jedichu?" Ewanpuff ribbed him. "Change out your pocket-fulls of
Qui-Gon figures for Jar Jar Binks?"

Very rarely does Jedichu partake in the Pokemon of the Jump-DMC
tradition of chasing each other around the ship when such cracks are
made...but this one certainly qualified. The others just rolled in the
sand laughing.

Except Alice. "Oh great. With all the sand they're kicking up, we'll
have to wash the car again."

SUMMARY:

-Alice & co saved the original Sith War Archives and are keeping all
their copies at home
-Alice & co like Gungans so they most likely won't be a threat to
Steve
-don't wash your car on a beach
-hambone limbo is quite fun

I think we'll just drive the ship into the ocean to clean it off this
time. It can take it, it's part submarine anyway.
